Sage Tech Labs (“Sage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates sagetech.in (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or use our contact form, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, company name, and the message/brief you provide.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive data through the Site.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry by email.
- Keep an internal record of enquiries in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to Sage team members, so we can track and follow up on conversations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark preference. Your language choice is stored in an essential cookie so the correct language can be served on the initial request. When no choice is stored, language may be initialized from a country code supplied by the hosting provider; Sage does not store that code.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on this Site.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and process enquiries:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets): to send email notifications and store enquiry records.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship, and are deleted on request (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing sushil@sagetech.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
